HEAT is renowned for its attention to its levels of customer service and has been
recognized as having ‘raised the bar’ in the gas installation industry in
the social housing sector.
On June 13th, it was the turn of HEAT’s Customer Service Call Centre to be on
the receiving end of an accolade that recognizes its achievement in delivering
consistently excellent service to its customers. Their initiative, sensitivity and
patience were all applauded and Linda Carson, HEAT’s Administration Manager
was delighted to collect the award on behalf of her staff.
Linda commented “I have a fantastic team! They are really dedicated to what they
do and take enormous pride in resolving the customer’s problems; they are the vital
link between the customer and our engineers and I know that they will fully appreciate
this award”.
