Training & Recruitment
Overview
Training
As an employer of choice and holder of Investment in People status, HEAT is committed to offering its employees opportunities to gain qualifications and develop new skills. Our focus on training applies to everyone in the company, from senior management to the newest recruits - the HEAT Apprentice Team.

To assist our people to fulfil their potential, Personal Development Plan (PDP) sessions are conducted annually between each member of staff and their respective line manager to identify and discuss training needs.

We are justifiably proud of our training records and we have an ongoing programme of training opportunities to assist our people in developing their knowledge and skills base.
We have won a number of awards for the quality of our training - please see the Awards section in HEAT in Pictures for details of these.
