Training Days
With a site based work force of over 250 people,
communicating effectively with our people
demands a strategic approach.
We bring all our staff together twice a year
for the HEAT Training Day and this provides
us with the ideal conference setting to inform
and discuss, as well as running a number of
workshops that let the staff have their say
in bringing about change in our business.
We also invite motivational speakers to contribute
to the event and ensure that the focus and
content is varied and challenging.
There is considerable value in these events
in terms of building teams, cementing relationships
amongst staff and importantly, learning from
our people who amongst them, have a vast array
of experience and knowledge from which all
can benefit.
We actively encourage our staff to recognise
that they have the power to change how we
do things.
